I’ve been investing in property for three years now with my strategies of choice being buy-to-let, BRR and house flipping. I’m not a big-time landlord nor do I claim to be a property investing guru, I still work a 9-5 whilst managing my rentals and this site in my spare time.

I created Amateur Landlord with the intention of giving beginner investors the best possible educational resource without charging them a penny, because learning how to invest in property should not be kept for only those who can afford to splurge thousands on courses.
